PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide rear seat structure for a vehicle ensuring reliability in using a seat and theft preventiveness of a trunk room at the same time. SOLUTION: A lock mechanism 18 is provided at a front wall 5 of a trunk room T, so that operation from the cabin interior R side is impeded to provide excellent theft preventiveness. Furthermore, unless the lock mechanism 18 is in a fully locked state and a seat back 4 is in a positively fixed state, the seat belt 8 cannot be pulled out for use, so that reliability in using the seat belt 8 can also be ensured.
