PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chip discharge device securing discharge of chips without making the collected chips reside in a gutter. SOLUTION: Gutters 30 to receive chips and discharge them are provided on both sides in the moving direction of a table, a motion transmission mechanism 13 constituted of a rack 14 installed on the table and a pinion 16 installed on a shaft 17 of an eccentric cam 18 and to be engaged with the rack 14 and an exciting mechanism 24 constituted of the eccentric cam 18 integrated with the shaft 17 and an advancing and retreating shaft 20 to be press-fitted on the accentric cam 18 by a compression spring 22 are provided, the advancing and retreating shaft 20 and the gutter 30 are connected to each other by a connecting plate 23, and reciprocating vibration is given to the gutter 30 by moving motion of the table 4.
