PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide alkaline ionized water at favorable temperature without once taking out the alkaline ionized water and separately boiling it with a pan or a kettle, etc., when hot tea or coffee is drunk. SOLUTION: In the electrolytic water production device provided with an electrolytic bath by which the alkaline ionized water and acidic water are produced by electrolyzing water and the alkaline ionized water and the acidic water are respectively separately discharged, a cooling device provided in an alkaline ionized water discharge flow path communicated with the electrolytic bath and cooling the alkaline ionized water, and a heating device for heating it are provided. Also, by a selection button provided in the main body, three modes of normal temperature, cool temperature and high temperature are selected.
