PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathtub water circulation and softening device for softening bathtub water in neutral and enabling a user to always take a bath even at a regeneration time. SOLUTION: The bathtub water circulation and softening device is provided with a circulation path for sucking bathtub water from and returning it to a bathtub, a circulation pump provided in the circulation path, sucking the bathtub water and circulating, a filter provided in the circulation path and filtering the bathtub water, and a water softening device for removing a hard component in the bathtub water. The water softening device is provided with an anion exchange resin tank and a cation exchange resin tank which are connected with the circulation path in series.
