PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the air supply efficiency when still-standing ripening of the treated material is performed and to shorten the decomposition time, in a microbial decomposition treatment device which is used for a process that comprises mixing an animal/plant-based material to be decomposed, with aerobic microbes and plant chips and subjecting the resulting mixture to fermentation/decomposition. SOLUTION: This treatment device is provided with a means for forcedly supplying air from the bottom of a decomposition chamber, wherein the bottom is formed so as to have a circular arc shape to diversify the air supply direction and the air supply depth and thereby the air supply is efficiently performed even when the decomposition progresses and the volume of a decomposition product mixture is reduced.
