PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insole that effectively prevents the feeling of stuffiness and the generation of malodor, or the like, and shoes with the insole mechanism. SOLUTION: An inflation part having a suction air non-return function is provided in the arch of a foot by expansion and contraction and the relief of expansion and contraction, a breathing pipe is extended from the inflation part in a toe direction, and the tip of the breathing pipe is opened at the toe part. Preferably, the inflation part is made of a cushioning material being covered with a thin film, and a suction air port is provided at one part of the inflation part, where the suction air port is closed and opened when the expansion and contraction and the relief of expansion and contraction are made by feet, respectively.
