SCRATCHING OFF TINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scratching off tine capable of surely scratching off each fixed amount of a seed mat placed on a seedling placing stand of rice transplanter, making the scratching off face of the seed mat into an approximately linear rectangle, smoothly moving the seed mat by the seedling placing stand and retaining and transporting the block of the scratched off seed mat without dropping the block until planting in a field. SOLUTION: This scratching off tine is constituted of a scratching off part 1a having a scratching off blade part 2 with a tip part 2a formed in a linear state approximately perpendicular to the longer direction and cutting out parts 3 stood at both side parts opposing the scratching off blade part 2 and a fitting part 4 formed at the other end part side opposing the scratching off blade part 2 of the scratching off part 1a.
