PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure of an infant car seat capable of fixing the infant car seat on a seat of an automobile without using an infant car seat mounting guide. SOLUTION: In this fixing structure of the infant car seat, the infant car seat 2 is fixed on the automobile seat 1 by using the infant car seat 2 having a locking device 13 projecting toward the back side, by arranging a striker 33 on a car body on the vehicle rear side of the automobile seat 1, and by engaging a latch part 51 of the locking device 13 with a bar part 15 of the striker 33. In the structure, a cutout 20 penetrating in the thickness direction and having a peripheral part formed in a tapered shape is formed on a seat back 17, and a flange 31 is stood on the peripheral part of a notch 44 of a frame 26 forming the seat back 17.
