PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grinding and deburring method of carbon steel parts to shorten the treatment time and treat only an inner surface of a through hole. SOLUTION: In the method for chemically grinding and deburring the inner surface of the through hole in the carbon steel parts having the through hole, the electroless chemical solution, the neutralizing solution, the cleaning water and the rust-preventive solution stored in tanks 11a-11d is poured from one end of the through hole in a successively switching manner, and discharged from the other end to be returned to each tank, the compressed air is poured from one end of the through hole after each treatment by each solution, and discharged from the other end together with the remaining solution, and then, the compressed air is discharged from each tank.
