PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double layer bag wherein the external surface of the heat-sealed bottom end section of an internal layer and the internal surface of an external layer at the area corresponding with the heat-sealed bottom end section are not welded, and an internal bag can be easily taken out at the time of an unsealing. SOLUTION: This double layer bag comprises the internal bag made of a low density polyethylene film, of which the bottom end section is closed by heat-sealing, and an external bag made of a paper cloth wherein a polypropylene cloth is laminated with a craft paper by inserting a polypropylene film layer. The bottom end section of the double layer bag is sealed by bringing an over tape, which is doubly folded so that a hot melt adhesive layer faces the inside, into contact with each other astride the bottom end edge of the double layer bag, and heat-bonding the over tape.
