METHOD OF MANUFACTURING CHROMIUM BASE STAINLESS STEEL TUBE WITH TWO-ROLL SIZING MILL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for chromium base stainless steel tube with a two-roll sizing mill whose rolls are provided with burning resistance and dimensional accuracy. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method of the chromium base stainless steel tube with the two-roll sizing mill, the reduction of 6-14% is performed by calibers which are larger 2-4% than the dimensions of the optimum calibers which are used for the final finish rolling.
