METHOD FOR PREVENTING ADHESION OF SCALE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deposition of sludge within a water system and to prevent silica scale trouble in a method for preventing the adhesive of scale of an open circulation cooling water system by a calcium carbonate deposition type scale prevention technique. SOLUTION: The method for preventing the adhesion of the scale by providing the open circulation cooling water system with a means for depositing calcium carbonate consists in adding a water-soluble polymer to the water system.
