PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preparation of ozonized water and a sending process capable of meeting the requirement of end user application and controlling independently of parameters of the end application. SOLUTION: In the method for sending the prepared ozonized water to a user point, an ozonized water storage buffer tank and an ozonized water loop for supplying the ozonized water to the tank are prepared and the loop is provided with a control part for the water flow flowing in the loop. A fresh water supply line connected to the loop through the downstream side part and provided with a cut-off part for the fresh water flow is also arranged and a cut-off part for recycling flow in the upstream side of the tank is provided at a loop part between the tank and the joint point of the fresh water supply line. The tank filling level is controlled between the low level and the high level using the control part for the water flow flowing in the loop and one or another side of the cut-off part for the fresh water and the cut-off part for the recycling flow is constantly opened and the remainder is closed.
