PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide filtration equipment in which the inside of filtration tank can effectively be cleaned and proper filtration can be reopened after the cleaning. SOLUTION: This filtration equipment is provided with filtration tanks, a purified liquid tank, a polluted liquid tank and a cleaning means. The filtration equipment furthermore is provided with a filtration path through which the liquid filtrate passes filters in the filtration tanks from the polluted liquid tank and flows into the purified liquid tank. A discarding path for discarding the polluted liquid is connected to waste liquid outlet of the filtration tank. The equipment further is provided with a saving path through which the polluted liquid in the filtration tank is sent to the polluted liquid tank and a back washing path through which a back washing medium is supplied from the cleaning means to the inside of the filters.
