PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing rod-receiving device capable of being certainly and simply fixed to a boatside and being compactly folded and convenient for conveyance. SOLUTION: This fishing rod-receiving device is constituted by installing a rod-receiving body 2 for supporting the under surface of a fishing rod and a rod-fixing body 3 for holding the back part of the fishing for 6 so as to be rotatable on a main frame 1 comprising a channel lever, the upper part of a subframe 14 comprising the channel lever to the rear end lower surface of the main frame 1, a first fixing member 11 for lifting a nipping body 22 protruding forward from the subframe 14 in the subframe and a second fixing member 12 removable attached to the under surface of a bottom plate of the main frame 1 and capable of moving forward and backward a thrusting plate 28 facing the subframe 14 and further a third fixing member 13 having a columnar part 31 for inserting the fishing rod to a rod-receiving hold 10 on the boatside under a slider part 30 contacting and sliding in the longitudinal direction of the main frame 1.
