PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency for producing a film having holes by increasing the number of holes bored at a time while restricting the number of boring devices, and facilitate change of a boring pitch. SOLUTION: A boring film feed part R1, a vertically movable intermittent operation guide roller integrally provided with an upper roller 13 for guiding a fed film F to a boring device part, and a lower roller 26 to draw the film F after completion of a boring process, plural pitch adjusting guide rollers 16, 19, 22 for forming a multi-layer superposed film by folding the film F as it is guided to be reciprocated for each specified unit length, devices 29, 30 for simultaneous boring holes in the superposed film, and a takeup part for taking up the film after boring work are disposed, so that film fed from the feed part is set to be the multi-layer superposed film of the specified unit length, to which holes are bored at a specified feed pitch and a boring pitch by the boring devices 29, 30 simultaneously.
