PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kit which permits more simply detecting a variant DNA. SOLUTION: The kit for detecting a variant DNA consists of a reactor having wells in which at least two pairs of primers having different target sequences were added, and a recording medium on which analytical conditions by the heteroduplex method are recorded.
