<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric composition with a low volatile organic compound(VOC) useful for use in manufacturing a circuit board and a method for manufacturing a circuit board using the composition. SOLUTION: This dielectric composition with a low VOC comprises (a) 1-99 wt.% of at least one type of crosslinkable substances with a low dielectric constant, (b) 1-99 wt.% of at least one type of reactive diluents and, optionally, (c) a component including one or more selected from the group consisting of a crosslinking agent, a catalyst and an additive, and does not substantially contain any organic solvent.</p> |
