PEDAL BRACKET FIXING STRUCTURE FOR VEHICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide pedal bracket fixing structure for a vehicle allowing a bolt head to fall without interfering during the backward movement of a pedal bracket while providing a lightweight mounting bracket with sufficient rigidity. SOLUTION: A washer member 18 through which a shank 13a of a fixing bolt 13 is interposed between a head 13b of the fixing bolt 13 and the peripheral edge of a slide groove part 15. The washer member 18 is set larger in breadth than the open width of the slide groove part 15 and locked to the peripheral edge of the slide groove part 15. A cutout 19 is provided for deforming the washer member 18 to pull out the fixing bolt 13 from a bolt head avoiding hole part 17 toward the rear of the vehicle when the washer member 18 abuts on both side edges 17a, 17a of the bolt head avoiding hole part 17 by the sliding movement of a pedal bracket body 7 toward the rear of the vehicle.
