PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve re-adjustability and safety in carrying of an inner vessel made of a plastic in a liquid carry and storage container. SOLUTION: The liquid carry and storage container has the flexible inner vessel 2 comprising an internal coat 4 made of a plastic foil material as its main component and an external coat 5 made of a fabric material, a grid cover 10 comprising vertical and horizontal metallic grid bars 11, 12, and a metallic pallet-like base 13. The flexible inner vessel 2 is hanging from lid bars 22, 23 fixed to an upper frame 21 of the grid cover 10 of the container 1. A discharging fit pipe 8 of the inner vessel 2 is detachably fixed to the grid cover 10 of the container 1 via a stopper 26.
