PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastener capable of performing a fastening step and a bolt fastening step by a single step, in the case a second member of trim or the like is connected to a first member of body panel or the like by using a blind nut. SOLUTION: This fastener includes a bolt 2, a nut 5, and a washer 3, the nut 5 is a blind nut comprising an internal thread part 10, a pipe-shaped part 11 continued to the internal thread part, and a flange 13 formed in an end part of the pipe-shaped part. An external diameter of the pipe-shaped part 11 and the internal thread part 10 is smaller than a mounting hole 15 of a first member 14, a diameter of the flange 13 is larger than the first member mounting hole 15 and smaller than a mounting hole 18 of a second member 17, a diameter of the washer 3 is larger than the second member mounting hole 18, the washer 3 is interposed between a bolt head part 7 and a nut flange 13, a bolt screw part 6 is screwed to the nut internal thread part 10, and the washer 3 is assembled in a condition friction engaged with the nut flange 13.
