PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent lowering of the life of a support structural part using an Oldham's ring of a revolving scroll even in the case of using a substitute refrigerant not containing chlorine. SOLUTION: A rotation regulating member for supporting and guiding a revolving scroll not to turn on its axis and to revolve round a fixed scroll is formed by sintered iron, and the surface of the rotation regulating member is treated with steam and machined, and then subjected to nitriding.
