PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turbine building structure capable of reducing the quantity of buildings, reutilizing waste materials as well as shortening work term in an installation field while ensuring vibration control performance and aseismic performance with a simple structure. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a steel frame 20 for fixing a turbine power generator 5, and steel supporting frames 11 which is fixed integratedly with supporting legs 9 of a building 7 and for supporting the steel frame 20 through spring units 110 and vibration isolating dampers 230. The turbine power generator 5 and the steel frame 20 are formed as a module body 350 which is integratedly fixed in a manufacturing factory beforehand, and are transported to the building 7 by transport means, and then, they are installed through the spring units 110 and the vibration control dampers 230.
