PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precast board for secondary lining on the inner surface of a tunnel for which the workability can be improved, the lining thickness can be made smaller and the lining construction made usable therefor. SOLUTION: This is made in one united body with the tunnel filled up with a filler between the inner surfaces of the tunnel, and a continuous fiber reinforced bar D with a fiber material solidified with a resin is embedded. As a result, the reinforced bar D is not eroded as a steel bar and thus the distance from the surface to the reinforced bar D, so-called covering depth, can be made smaller, thereby reducing the overall thickness.
