PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outer wall projecting hardware for an externally heat insulating cast-in-place concrete building, having a simplified hardware, on which an facing material is mounted, for simple mounting, and a less sectional area and a great strength, allowing construction of a heavy facing material and a thick heat insulating material and easy and accurate construction of the heat insulating material because of the simplified hardware, requiring less heat loss because of less sectional area, and permitting application to earthquake. SOLUTION: At a grooved vertical furring strip 4 to be equally spaced in parallel to a wall face portion 3A of a body, a bottom nut 7 is tightened to a proper number of insert nuts 6 inserted into the wall face portion 3A of the body vertically and laterally to be applied to the vertical furring strip 4 and a rolling preventive hardware 2 and to a bottom screw 1A of a grooved bracket screwed into the insert nut 6. An end screw 1B of the bracket is tightened to the rolling preventive hardware 2 through the vertical furring strip 4 with the end nut 8.
