PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting and dismounting structure of a vehicular seat that allows short-time mounting and dismounting of a seat on and from vehicle rails only via a simple operation. SOLUTION: The structure, which removably mounts a vehicular seat leg portion 8 on a rail 5 with a pair of bends 6 along the upper end, includes an operating lever, an outer cylinder 13 fixed in a case 11 at a lower end of the leg portion, a shaft member 24 placed in the outer cylinder 13, and a mounting and dismounting mechanism A. The mounting and dismounting mechanism A locks and unlocks the leg portion 8 on and from the rail 5 by transmitting a movement of the operating lever to the shaft member 24 to thrust and retract it into and from the rail 5 and to press and separate a locking portion 24b at the lower end of the shaft member and the outer cylinder 13 against and from both bends 6. The mounting and dismounting mechanism A includes an inner cylinder 19 turnably housed in the outer cylinder 13 and threaded on the shaft member 24.
