PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin type punch capable of correctly and easily punching two holes or four holes as standardized in different sorts of paper sheets such as A4 sheets and B5 sheets. SOLUTION: In a thin type punch provided with an actuation handle 5 installed above a base 3 to be opened/closed, two punch holes provided in an upper surface of the base 3, and punching edges provided on a lower surface of the actuation handle 5 to get into/out of the punch holes, one end of a guide 16 is rotatably installed on one side of length of the punch, plural paper abutment parts are provided on an upper surface of the guide 16 to correspond to different sorts of sheets, and sorts of the sheets are displayed at an adjacent part to the paper abutment part.
