SOLUTION: Since this robot hand 20 is horizontally moved toward a carrying case 1 at a height position where a roller 56 of a left side rocking piece 55 faces a horizontal overhang part 5 as illustrated in drawing 8, the horizontal overhang part 5 rotates the roller 56 of the left side rocking piece 55 clockwise in the drawing 8 by its horizontal movement, thereby an upper pressing plate 50 is lowered to compress an elastic body 51 while being applied to an upper surface of a suspending handle 3.
