PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To directly view an electrode from the outside and to visually confirm secular deterioration of the electrode. SOLUTION: This electrolytic ionized water production device is constituted of an electrolytic bath with an open upper side, of which the inside is devided into a first and a second electrolytic rooms to be permeable by ions, and a control part engaged to the upper side opening part of the electrolytic bath freely attachably and detachably and also provided with a pair of electrodes 4 and 4a inserted into the first and the second electrolytic rooms at the lower part and incorporating a control circuit for applying specified voltage to the electrodes 4 and 4a. The electrodes 4 and 4a are constituted of a case with opening parts formed at both side faces and electrode plates housed in the case, then the production device can be disassembled into the electrolytic bath and the control part without using a tool, and the electrodes 4 and 4a are exposed to the outside and the electrodes 4 and 4a can be made to visually recognized.
