PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve ride comfort by decreasing vibration input to slide rails without lowering the mounting strength thereof. SOLUTION: That place of each of slide rails 1A and 1B for guiding a vehicle seat moving thereon which is the middle portion except both ends and is near an input point of vibration is fixed to a vehicle floor F via vibration control bodies 5. Each vibration control body 5 consists of a cylindrical elastic body 50 that is provided with an annular groove cut in the periphery middle along the height and is fitted in a locking hole 321, 331 in a mounting stay 3A arranged on the slide rail 1A, 1B, and a metal collar 51 inserted in the cylindrical elastic body 50. Bolts 61 inserted in the metal collars 51 fix the mounting stays 3A onto a vehicle floor panel 4.
