PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and inexpensive magnetic spring structure, capable of effectively damping the input vibration from the outside by making the dynamic spring constant of the magnetic spring structure variable. SOLUTION: Permanent magnets 20, 18 whose magnetic poles are facing each other are installed respectively to upper and lower frames 4, 2 connected each other through a link mechanism, and the link mechanism is constituted of plural link arms 6a, 6b and a connecting member 22 for rotatably connecting the link arms 6a, 6b through a bearing 16. The link arms 6a, 6b are made of a non-magnetic material and the bearing 16 is made of a ferromagnetic material.
