PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extremely easily manufacture a twisted brush achieving extremely favorable effect of surface treatment such as polishing and burr removal. SOLUTION: Brush hairs are held on a core wire 3 comprising plural metal wire rods 2 to be perpendicular to it, and the core wire 3 is twisted, so the brush hairs are held by the core wire 3 to be fixed to provide a twisted brush part 4 in this twisted brush 1, where plurality of the twisted brush parts 4 are composed by alternately forming plural brush part units 5 and interval parts 6.
