PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaner carrying tool and a portable cleaner capable of being carried on the back by equipping a present cleaner moved on a floor with the simple carrying tool. SOLUTION: This portable cleaner 1 is turned to a portable type capable of being easily carried on the back by equipping the cleaner 5 moved on the floor with the cleaner portage carrying tool 2 constituted so as to direct a cleaner suction hole to a center upper part, to direct a cleaner discharge hole to a center lower part and to position cleaner rear wheels on both sides of a lower part. Thus, by a posture close to upright and an operation by both hands, physical pains in cleaning are eliminated and the cleaning of a part with a level difference, high parts such as a curtain and a ceiling, etc., and stairs, etc., it easily and efficiently executed.
