METHOD FOR PRODUCING SIPE BLADE AND AUXILIARY PRODUCING TOOL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To upgrade the working efficiency by increasing the number of sipe blades 25 to be cut to the single replacement of a material. SOLUTION: The side part of the material 20 arranged at a point symmetrical position to a gyration point P is cut along the outer shape of the sipe blade 25 and the material 20 is gyrated only 180 deg. centered around the gyration point P. Consequently, the material 20 is superposed at a position where it is previously arranged and under this state, the remaining side part of the material 20 is likewise cut. Thus the operation to cut the side part and the remaining side part of each of the materials 20 is performed twice altogether and the total number of the sipe blades 25 obtained by cutting them out of each of the materials 20 is twice the number of the sipe blades 25 by the conventional producing method.
