PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workbench oscilating device for a high lift work vehicle which oscillates a workbench connecting to the swing of a boom, in a simple structure and at a low cost. SOLUTION: A swinging body 3 is set on a running body 1 through a swinging device 2, and a boom 4 is installed to the above swinging body 3 undulatable. A bracket oscillating up and down freely is installed to the front end of the boom 4, and a working board 7 is installed to the bracket through an oscillating device 10, oscillating freely horizontally. While a hydraulic pump 24 is provided as the rotation detecting device of the rotating device 2 of the running body 1, a hydraulic motor 10a is provided as the driving device of the oscillating device 10. The hydraulic pump 24 and the hydraulic motor 10a are connected in a closed circuit by hydraulic pressure pipings 25 and 26. As a result, the system is composed to oscillate the workbench 7 in the opposite side in the rotating time of the boom 4.
