PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that in a storage bag 1 made of a flexible and stretchable synthetic resin film, when it is torn to open, a tie 5 (uncut portion) in the vicinity of a cut 6 (portion which has been cut) of tear-to-open perforations 4 or the perforations 4 stretch to reduce tearing force for making the bag 1 difficult to unseal. SOLUTION: The storage bag 1 wherein while a transparent or semitransparent synthetic resin film base material 2 is folded into a tube, an enclosure such as a catalog or a leaflet is inserted, and sealed portions 7 in three directions including a direction orthogonal to a crease and directions along creases of regions where both ends of the base material 2 overlap are heat-sealed. In this case, a reinforcing auxiliary material 3 made of a less stretchable material is stuck to the vicinity of the sealed portions 7 in the directions along the creases of the regions where both ends of the base material 2 overlap, and the tear-to-open perforations 4 are provided on the stuck region.
