PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a guiding function from stopping even if guiding information form a host device cannot be directly sent to a guiding device. SOLUTION: When guiding information sent from a train operation control device 14 cannot be received by a passenger guiding device 24 due to a break in a communicating wire 30, the guiding information generated by the train operation control device 14 and sent to the passenger guiding device 24 is originally received by the passenger guiding device 24 from the train operation control device 14 via a train operation control device 12 and a passenger guiding device 22 of an adjacent A station 38 through a communicating wire 34. The passenger guiding device 24 uses the received guiding information, so that passenger guiding can be continuously conducted at a station B 40 as usual.
