PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the structure of a seat back having a foot support for a rear seat occupant on a back panel. SOLUTION: This structure is characterized by installing laterally a lower part support wire 14 on a frame 1, engaging a hook B 41 of a reinforcing plate 4 with the lower part support wire 14 from below, and supporting a rotary shaft 30 of the foot support 3 by the reinforcing plate 4.
