PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precipitate removal method capable of efficiently removing precipitates in the inside of an apparatus. SOLUTION: At first, the pressure of the inside of a precipitation tank 4 is decreased to transfer the precipitate P in a washing tank 3 to a precipitation tank 4. Then, the pressure of the inside of the washing tank 3 is decreased to transfer the precipitate P in a rinsing tank 8 to the washing tank 3. Next, the pressure of the inside of the precipitation tank 4 is decreased to transfer the precipitate P in a regenerating apparatus 6 to the precipitation tank 4. When the precipitate P is gathered in the precipitation tank 4, the precipitate P is discharged through the drain line L40.
