PRODUCING METHOD FOR EMULSION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a producing method for an emulsion by which the productivity of the emulsion is remarkably improved while maintaining the viscosity stability of the emulsion by forming a liquid crystal structure using a specified mixer. SOLUTION: This producing method is featured in that the liquid crystal forming process is performed in the specified mixer when the emulsion is produced through the liquid crystal forming process in which the liquid crystal structure is formed by mixing an oil phase and one part of a water phase and the phase inversion process in which the remaining part of the water phase is added and mixed with the liquid crystal structure, and the phase inversion is performed thereby.
