PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mushroom-cultivating cover used for artificially cultivating the mushroom. SOLUTION: This mushroom-cultivating cover is composed of a cover body 10 made of an approximately L-shaped plate having an arc-shaped cylindrical corner 60 and projections 52, 54, and further formed and arranged in the following: the bottom end of the cover body 10 is inserted into a space between the inside of a container 40, i.e., the inside of the corner 42 and both the right and left sidewalls of the container 40, and the outside of the lower parts of bodies 32 of the mushroom-cultivating bottles arranged on an inner peripheral area of the container 40; the top end of the cover body is upward positioned over the container 40; the arc-shaped cylindrical corner 60 is attached to the corner part of the cover body 10 which covers the bottle body 32 of the mushroom-cultivating bottle located inside the corner 42 of the container, an opening 34 of the bottle, and an upper peripheral space over the opening 34; and one of the projections 52 is positioned on the corner bottom of the outer surface of the cover body 10, and other two projections 54 are each positioned on both the right and left bottom areas of outer surface of the cover body 10. Four plates of the cover bodies are arranged on the container 40 to form a casing 70 having an approximately square tubular shape so that the casing supports upper peripheral parts of the aggregated mushrooms 20 growing upward and extending through openings 34 of the mushroom-cultivating bottles.
