PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piping embedding method and piping embedding structure of a concrete placing joint part capable of taking protection measures for embedded piping against uneven settlement of a concrete placing joint part at a low cost and with high reliability. SOLUTION: According to this piping embedding method and piping embedding structure of a concrete placing joint part for embedding piping in a concrete placing joint part, the surface of piping having a designated length estimated to be bent due to uneven settlement of the concrete placing joint part is covered with compressible material having a compressive dimension larger than uneven settlement amount, then the piping is embedded in the substantially central part of the compressive material by first concrete construction, and subsequently concrete is placed in the remaining part and embedded.
