PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a bleaching detergent having excellent dischargeability in spraying a composition using a trigger type sprayer, etc., by a proper increase in viscosity, having no problem of safety of liquid drip and mist scattering in discharge, excellent adhesion and retention of discharged liquid, making liquid sprayed on a vertical/inclined surface hardly drip, providing excellent bleaching power in a short time, reducing a feeling of fatigue due to no need for application to the same place many times, not wasting the liquid and yet having excellent stability with time, especially low-temperature stability. SOLUTION: This bleaching detergent in a discharge container is provided with a main body of storage container and a discharge apparatus of the stored bleaching detergent composition. The bleaching deterioration comprises the bleaching detergent composition containing (1) 0.1-10 mass % of alkali metal hypochlorite, (2) 0.1-5 mass % of an alkali agent and (3) 0.01-10 mass % of a water-soluble synthetic polymer compound having a repeating unit based on 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid or its salt.
