PURPOSE: To provide a protein useful for elucidation of the function of an intracellular vesicle transport system, and capable of being utilized for development of a therapeutic agent of a disease related to nerve cells or secretion system cells associated with the transport system. CONSTITUTION: This protein has an amino acid sequence with one or plural deleted, substituted, inserted or added amino acid residue in the amino acid sequence represented by sequence number 1 of the sequence table, and properties interacting with a control factor II of GDP/GTP exchange reaction.
