PURPOSE: To provide organic light emitting element array with small size and inexpensive. CONSTITUTION: The organic light emitting element array includes an organic light emitting film 4, sheet shape of lower electrodes 3 connected to the organic light emitting film 4, upper electrodes 5 connected to the organic light emitting film 4 along with the lower electrodes 3, and a driving integrated circuit 2 connected to the organic light emitting film 4 through the lower electrodes 3 and applying power to the organic light emitting film 4 to drive it. The driving integrated circuit 2 is provided in a semiconductor board 1 in which the lower electrodes 3, the organic light emitting film 4, and the upper electrodes 5 are in turn piled up.
