PRESSURE-HEATING METHOD FOR IMPROVING CHEMICAL SURFACE PROPERTY OF MATERIAL

PURPOSE: A pressure-heating method for improving chemical surface property of material is provided, which reduces cycle time and concentration of treating gas. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises a step for introducing at least one article into a closed reaction chamber, a step for evacuating the reaction chamber to attain a negative pressure, a step for quickly charging the chamber with a treating gas having an essentially preparatorily defined composition containing at least one component reactive with at least one article introduced into the reaction chamber, a step for effecting the reaction of the treating gas with at least one article in the closed reaction chamber, a step for removing the treating gas from the reaction chamber and a step for taking at least one article out of the reaction chamber.
