PURPOSE: An excavation tool and a method of forming a consolidated earth column are provided to reduce the friction between an excavation tool and the ground and to reduce the time and cost. CONSTITUTION: An excavation tool(20) has a tubular central shaft(21) having a vertical axis(x) and a central axial opening(21a). The axial central opening faces downwardly and protrudes radially from the central shaft. A ground-consolidating fluid is supplied through nozzles(32) placed along a lower radial edge(29) of at least one of threaded blade elements(22) inclined to the shaft. The nozzles guide the high pressure consolidating fluid jet to face the earth and fluidize the earth. The earth is pulverized partially and combined by the blade element. Therefore, a consolidated earth column having a specific diameter is formed surely.
