PURPOSE: Provided is an emulsion for a sunlight resistant composition being stable with time and having waterproof property (stability against water). CONSTITUTION: Water-in-oil cosmetic or dermatological emulsion comprises at least one aqueous phase, at least one oil phase, and at least one kind of a light-protecting system containing at least one kind of organic UV-filter in a finely pulverized form that changes within a range of 0.01-2μm mean particle diameter, capable of filtering the UV light and not using any emulsifying agent.
