CONSTITUTION: By providing a low friction metal layers(C) having water repellency at dynamic pressure bearing parts(3a,3b) of a fluid dynamic pressure bearing device(1) in which a rotor is rotatably supported by the fluid dynamic pressure bearing, friction can be reduced, wear or the generation of dust can be also effectively reduced, and attraction of the bearing surfaces due to dew condensation, etc., is prevented.
