PURPOSE:To easily accumulate detailed information related to condition required for controlling the maintenance of an image forming device by providing a storage means where the write and read-out of condition data and supplementary condition data can be executed and a transmission means for transmitting the condition data and the supplementary condition data. CONSTITUTION:The condition data CD showing the action state of the image forming device 1 is received from the device 1 by a reception means 405. The information related to the action state of the device 1 obtained by a serviceman who executes the maintenance work of the device 1 is inputted as the supplementaty condition data HCD by an operation input means 403. Then, the inputted condition data CD and the complementary condition data HCD are stored in the storage means 409. Besides, the condition data CD and the supplementary condition data HCD read out from the storage means 409 are sent to a host computer 401 or the like by the transmission means 405. Thus, the detailed information related to the condition required for controlling the maintenance of the image forming device 1 is easily accumulated. |
